2006 Car Rally

Welcome Thank you for your enquiry about the third Thorp Perrow Rally, which is being held, by kind permission of Sir John Ropner and Lady Ropner , on Sunday, 3rd September 2006. The Rally is contained within the grass parkland adjacent to Thorp Perrow House, with the house serving as a backdrop.

Format The format will follow that of previous years

Display area for Vintage and Classic Cars

Separate area for Autojumblers

Car parking for the general public

Refreshment Stalls

Static displays for the Disciplined Forces and the Air Ambulance

Children's amusements and a small Arts and Crafts area.

Entry Fees Entry to the rally for exhibitors is £2 and includes more than one car if you are fortunate enough to own more than one. An Auto jumble pitch will be £5. Refreshment and Arts and Crafts Stalls should contact the organisers direct. There will be an entry fee to the Rally for the general public of £5 per person, children and OAPs £2.50.

Camping The Thorp Perrow estate will allow camping on the Saturday night, free of charge for Exhibitors and Auto Jumblers. Water and portable toilets will be on the site. If you would like to camp on the site, someone will be at the park gate from 4.00p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on Saturday, to welcome you and direct you.
